Q1: Focused Growth
Launch Android and iOS wallet app with THAT merchant directory. Drive user sign-ups through targeted marketing and onboard businesses via tailored sales funnels. Form strategic partnerships to expand visibility and introduce a Telegram community.
Q2: Gamification & Expansion
Add ‘spend to earn’ challenges and NFC scanning for seamless payments. Release gamified app clips for iOS. Secure Australian centralised exchange (CEX) listings and extend market efforts to Brisbane.
Q3: Marketplace & Compliance
Launch a community-driven marketplace and in-app chat feature. Submit regulatory applications for New Zealand expansion and broaden efforts to Sydney.
Q4: New Markets & Funding
Expand to Auckland, secure Series A funding, and acquire New Zealand CEX listings. Lay groundwork for international growth in 2026, targeting Singapore, the UK, and the USA.
